What if my mold arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@alvamolds.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We'll review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Can I return a mold I've already used?

Due to the nature of silicone molds, used molds are not eligible for return. However, if you experience an issue related to the mold's performance or quality, please reach out to hello@alvamolds.com and we'll do our best to help.

What if I changed my mind?

Unused and unopened molds may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Please contact us at hello@alvamolds.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
